Aliplast Extrusion Open Day

In Spetember 25. was officially launched the second press for extrusion of aluminium profiles. Aliplast Extrusion machine park completed a second, modern, fully automated press with pressure of 2,800 T and 9 inches in diameter ingots, which will enlarge the company's production capacity by 12 000 t per year.
New press - technical specifications: maximum length: 14 000mm, maximum width: 400mm, the minimum weight of 0.9 kg/m, maximum weight 20 kg /m, material: Aluminum alloy grades EN AW 1050, 6060, 6063, 6005, 6082.
One of the main points of the program Aliplast Extrusion Open Day was a tour by the Aliplast headquaters: presess, an also other new investment in Aliplast: a new line of Wood Colour (horizontal automated line for aluminum decoration wood color) and accessory powder painting.
Festive part of the event was began by the greeting of all the guests by Mr. John Kidaj, the Chairman of the Company. The opening of the new press also gave a speech the City Mayor Krzysztof Żuk. The meeting ended with a gala dinner and excellent music group The Big Al & The Jokers provided great fun until the morning. The event was attended by over 200 guests from Poland and from abroad (customers of the company, suppliers, representatives of business organisations and media).
